You’ve Got Questions — We’ve Got Answers

How can I volunteer for a committee or community project?

There are three "standing" committees - the Nominating Committee, the Maintenance (& Beautification Committee), and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). To volunteer for any of these committees, contact the Association officers (millpond.hoa@outlook.com) or the Chairperson for the individual committee of interest.

When are assessments due and how should I pay?

The Association's fiscal year is the same as the calendar year. The Budget is adopted at the Annual HOA meeting, and assessments are included in the budget. The assessments are due within 30 days of the adopted budget. The current preferred payment method is by check, mailed to P.O. Box 482, Selbyville, DE 19975.

What are the bylaws of your community?

The Governing Documents for our HOA are located on our Google Drive. Fillable (PDF) forms are also available.

Whether it's a burned out street light, or a clogged street drain / outflow ditch, please contact an Association Board member or call 302 436-0254. A service request will be issued to the utility/ city/ or vendor responsible for the repair. We support "if you see something, say something."
